About Her

Her Story
Charmain is a nationally certified Personal and Group fitness trainer through the American Fitness Association of America and is recognized as a life and health coach with specialty certifications in Behavioral Change and Stress Management. Her special interests include working with populations suffering from obesity, hypertension and diabetes.

She believes it is her calling to teach others about physical fitness, health and wellness. The basis for her mission and calling is founded in John 10:10 as she believes that we are not here to just live a mundane life but a joyous and fruitful one! “It is our responsibility to take care of our mind as well as our bodies to the best of our abilities in order to fully live out the calling that God has placed on each and every one of us.”

Her fitness career includes having worked as a host for a fitness training program airing on the local NBC affiliate, WLBT in Jackson, MS. She has worked as a fitness coordinator for several health clubs in the Atlanta metro area and as served as speaker for several health and wellness conferences. She has also served as the fitness contributor for Resilient Living- an online magazine dedicated to promoting wellness for the body, mind and spirit. She has worked with thousands of clients through personal training and group exercise classes.
Her Family
Charmain is dedicated to her family. She is happily married to her husband and best friend Brian White and she is a mama to their first child Joshua White. They live in Atlanta, Georgia.
